Hello, my name is Bella
They say there are no coincidences and there is a time for everything.
My journey has brought me to a point where I feel that I want to share my knowledge and experience with you who have reached this point.
I am a qualified massage therapist and a graduate of the Helsinki Hieronta-Akatemia massage school.
I have studied Gentle Bio-Energetics under the guidance of Richard C. Overly. I have also completed a training cycle to work with pregnant women and their families. What fascinates me about Gentle Bio-Energetics is that the work is done beneath the resistance. It gives people the opportunity to open up at their own unique pace and in peace. Taking into account the specifics of each individual.
On a daily basis, I lead an Ayurvedic lifestyle by gently trusting and supporting my body and myself.
My greatest teachers have been my three sons. I am also grateful to all the wonderful people who have inspired me to be a better version of myself.
